I wanted shop/detached garage. Rodney and the entire Martin Structures team are/were phenomenal to work with.  They kept me posted on time frames, educated (as I asked a lot of questions 😁) me on various building questions.  The building crew arrived on a Thursday morning at 6am, left at 645pm that evening, having built the entire structure in one day.   Everything is/was precisely done and they cleaned up after themselves!!!  Outstanding work, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!

Rodney with Martin Structures was great to work with, he was responsive and communicated with us throughout the design and build.  The crew was professional and paid attention to details. They identified a potential problem for our electrician and stopped work so the electrician could wire can lights on our porch and patio.  My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. The crew was so impressive, everyone knew there job, we watched in awe The structure was scheduled to take 2 9days. They had it up in one day and one hour. ( The crew was short one 6 foot piece of trim. Therefore it took them one hour the next day.) unbelievable and there work was impeccable. My experience with Martin Structures was excellent. Joey helped us design our building with 3D renderings so we could see the color and design. He also kept us well informed about time lines as the project was getting completed.

The work crews were friendly and they were always on site when they said they would be. The building was completed on time and on budget.

They built a 30x40 detached garage for us and it turned out great!
